Transfer gourmet pet food to fridge via NRAAS Mod then the Sim can eat the gourmet pet food as leftover. I’ve had my Sim eat gourmet pet food since 2011.)

Help with Nraas?
I've downloaded both the Register and Master Control mods and placed them both in my .Packages folder. When I enter the main menu the game has the pop-up screen that shows that it recognizes them and with all of my poses. However when I go in game I do not get a pop-up right away or when I pause it and there is no Nraas option when I click my Sim. I really need help with this because I cannot play on a small island with 3 horses, a raccoon, a deer, and the occasional tourist when I'm supposed to be "alone and deserted". PLEASE HELP.
