fucking jesus christ.............if you’re an Medical Assistant, (any of you are or thinking about it), if u wanted to renew if your national cert expires for it and the job requires u to have it, this is the site for ya, including FEEEEEEESSSS, what bullshit........so u need 10 class hours (4 hrs for CPR card if u’res is expired), plus the fees. the classes have to be real and accredited. (college courses: 1 semester is 1 credit hour btw). OR u can just Re-test and pay the test fee and fill out the form for it.
i’m going to contact our local hospital and see how i can get this done through them since it all costs money (like if they hire me, they can take the fees out of my paycheck, etc). some places don’t require the national certifications but some hospitals do. i’ll prob call around to some doc offices and see what they require.
looked at one of our local hospitals after posting this, they say they only want MA certificate. i.e. we took the course and passed but idk...i messaged them to see further for them.
i might just say fuck it and just go to college again (vo-tech)
