Galaxy Quest (1999)

The most we get to see of the “original series” credits is this fiery splash and the appearance of the NSEA Protector.

Unlike most of my credit sequence gifs, I’ve not only included every frame of film but I’ve actually slowed it down 50%. The “proper” timing just seemed too rushed at this size.

The NSEA Protector. An Evolution Class heavy cruiser under the command of Captain Peter Quincy Taggert, registration number NTE-3120. The Protector has a revolutionary Quantum Flux drive and is armed with the mysterious Omega-13 device. Fun fact: NTE stands for "Not-the-Enterprise" Never give up. Never surrender!

I have reserved these two Hallmark ornaments. I am 8th on the reserve list and I have been assured I will get them. Not missing out this year.
