my disappearance wasn’t just because I was tired of The Sims, I’ve been having some problems with my PC. I had to replace the graphics card, the power supply… just a tiny little chaos..... then when I finally decided to come back, GShade stopped working, Photoshop decided to play with my sanity… and now I opened my screenshots folder to edit the posts and guess what, they were literally deleted… GONE. I’m speechless.....

I think we'll be going on a little hiatus this week. <3 Sick kids, then I got sick too, and on top of that I'm currently trying to juggle three jobs. Because of all that, I haven't really been able to keep up with things around here lately. I'll be back soon! ❤️ I promise I'll keep trying to catch up on my moots' stories, but if I'm slow, please know it's because things have been a bit overwhelming lately, lmao.

Hello friends, did you miss me? lmao I’m alive and well, I just haven’t really been in the headspace for The Sims these past few days. Today I got hit with a wave of nostalgia, so I think it’s time to come back. Sorry for disappearing out of nowhere (: We’ll try to get back to the usual schedule later today! Since you’re on gen 10, have you thought about what your plans are next? Are you going to continue the herr’s or start a new legacy?

First, thank you for asking (: & yessss, they’re coming with us to a new challenge! I’m honestly too attached to let them go. I spent so long trying to choose what to do next, but none of the challenges clicked… until I noticed that looking at Gen 1 starts was what felt off. That said, once Forest wraps up Not So Berry, we're starting the Inverted Hot Tea Legacy! (:

News from a household that's almost in quarantine (OMG, I'm so dramatic). 🤣I live in one of the coldest cities in Brasil, and technically it's not even winter yet. We haven't seen the sun in days. I keep joking that the days start out looking like nighttime. 😊 It's depressing, I know! Anyway, we're doing better now. Thank you so much for all the kind messages. ❤️I still haven't managed to edit the NSB posts... BUT I have a looooot of Olympians posts ready to go, so I think I'll start posting those to keep things moving around here.

Hey there!

To avoid any future confusion, shall we clarify a few points?

I’m pretty sure you’ve seen Ash on @simscici blog, and now you’re seeing Penelope on mine, so the question is: how did that happen?

First of all, Cici and I have been friends since before Tumblr. We met on a The Sims Discord server, and over time we discovered more things in common and became inseparable, even to this day. (Don’t tell her, or she’ll get all smug about it, but she’s my best friend.)

On that old server, since there were so many simmers, it was common for us to have each other’s Sims in our saves. So for both me and Cici, it’s natural, even a habit, to include each other’s Sims in our gameplay.

Then came the day when my Ash fell in love with Cici’s Penelope in my save, and her Penelope fell in love with Ash in her save. Confusing? A bit. But since we thought they looked so perfect together, we decided to keep it that way.

Does this mean the story is the same?

Not at all! After all, both are heirs from different generations of the Not So Berry challenge, and each has its own rules.

Are there similarities?

Not exactly. We coordinated a few things like trips and the like, but even so, the stories are quite different. I’ll tell mine from Ash’s perspective and reality, while over there, you’ll see Penelope’s perspective.

And Yellow? Why is she with Cici?

Well, considering that Low is Ash and Penelope’s daughter in my save and Touma is their child in Cici’s save, we decided to just bring the siblings together.

With all that said, it’s important to emphasize that everything we’ve done was by mutual agreement. Nothing happened without the other being aware and in agreement.
