Sadly not. Cas probably won't make it out of Amara yet in the chapter I'm posting today (unless I get a sudden spark of inspiration and heap on another ~5k words to the 9k chapter *lol*)

Am I the only one who thought that Dean!Michael was so fricking fruity. Like, idk I just think Cas wasn't the only LGBTQ angel in the Garrison? Yknow what i mean? ) like if you go back and see Dean!Michael the way he sits, the way he acts, the way he talks, it's so LGBTQ coded. LIKE IDK AM I CRAZY???

Well, I don't know! I mean, no you're not crazy *lol* But does he clock you as queer because this is just how Michael is, or is it because Jensen is making some acting choices? Because I don't think AU Michael in the original vessel is quite... like that.

The way I see him is that he's very measured, very focused on how he presents himself, making it a point of putting Dean in other clothes, which most angels don't bother with. (Endverse Lucifer does, but even he doesn't usually bother to change the vessel's outfit.)

Though, as a side note, out of the four vessels we see AU Michael use, two of them are female. He definitely has other vessel preferences than our Michael who's just "whatever, fuck it, pull some guy in denim out of the dirt, he'll do" >w<

I was wondering if you have any baby!Castiel older brother!Aziraphale/ older brother!crowley headcanons. Because ever since I first started watching good omens, I cant seem to shake off the image of Aziraphale and tiny toddler Cas on the beach together, and Aziraphale goes "now now my dear, don't step on that fish my lovely little cassie. Big plans for that fish." Then baby Cas gets all sad because he did get to do what he wanted, so big bro crowley appears, picks him up, and says "ohhh don't listen to em' when ya grow up ill take ya ta Atlantis, all the fish you can ever dream to step on, or eat!"

"Now, crowley dear, don't condone animal violence! He's an Impressible young mind!"

And then Cas just sort of giggles at his silly brothers (wondering when they're gonna marry each other...)

I don't have any head canons about that!

While I enjoy crossovers, I mostly do it in a way that has no interaction between the characters I import into the the other storyworld and the characters native to the other storyworld. (So the SPN x GO crossover for me would be purging GO of all its characters and replacing them with SPN characters >w<; I know, I'm boring.)

In the lord of Amara fic we know that Cas gets something out of being trapped in the castle with Dean, he gets to "be an omega" but we see Cas still vary much identify as an alpha (wich is completely okay, whatever he's comfortable with) is it because he likes being an alpha, as in he's comfortable with being called and referring himself as an alpha or is it that he was stripped of the choice of being the omega he is that at this point he's just like whatever "I'll be a alpha I guess". What I'm trying to say is... dose he still refers to himself as an alpha because he's comfortable and happy with having that presentation or dose he just identifies as alpha because he was thought that he can be Nothing but alpha?

Cas' feelings about who he is, in terms of designation, are complicated. He had to be an alpha and do his best to "destroy" his omega designation. He is playing a role and he can't stop playing that role.

It's possible that if a witch would have come to him in Amara and said "I can make you a 'real' alpha, no strings attached" he would have done it because he couldn't afford to have feelings and thoughts about the topic.

Even in Gruamach he can't just be an omega. The castle provides him a space to be an omega, to ask questions, to imagine a future where it's known that he is an omega but to everyone else, everywhere else, he is still an alpha. That is still his role.

He's comfortable performing as an alpha because that's all he knows and that is basically who he is anyway. He probably won't change his entire behavior once he is "out" as an omega, trying to live up to stereotypes and expectations.

If the witch came to him now and offered him to be an 'real' alpha he probably wouldn't take it. Also partially because Dean has, to Cas' understanding, offered him an option for a time after he's done being the alpha Lord of Amara. (Of course, this of course raises the question if it's a good idea to make marriage to Dean a condition to being safe as an omega ;3)

Anyway, tl;dr: he still thinks of himself as an alpha because it's basically his job and whole identity outside of Amara. If he had the freedom to be an omega, he would be fine being an omega. Maybe not jubilant about it (because he hasn't had a lot of positive experiences connected to it yet), but fine with it.
