Legend of Korra hits different in 2020 in my late 20s

Listened to the rwby podcast and wanted to share my thoughts on that seemingly random velvet moment. I'm pretty sure that her camera and taking pictures of people's weapon will turn out to be her power. She took a picture of what could have been sun's body but if you look his weapon is in the shot, so I think she's actually building up some kind of arsenal and is not just bad at taking pictures. Coco also had a line about velvet not wasting her attack at the end of volume 2, so it's a 1 time use

Ahh interestingg. Yeah you’re right I forgot about that coco line. Have to assume they’re building up somewhere with the pictures because it’s seemed like such a random plot. That arsenal idea is weird but yeah could be.
