It wasn’t like he planned on getting expelled, it just happened. Was it his fault? Yes, it was. Did he deserve it? Well yes he did. He got into one too many fights on school property and that was it, he was done. Luckily, or unluckily for Spot, there was another school he could go to to finish off the year at, sadly in wasn’t in Brooklyn but across the river in Manhattan.

On his first day he arrived very late. As in there was only half of the final class left late. When he opened the classroom door the teacher glared at him in annoyance, “Ah, so you must be Sean Conlon. Late on your first day I see. That is normally a write up, but I will be forgiving and let it slide. For now... Go sit by Miss Morris over there. Now can anyone tell me the answer?”

He located the seat quite easily and sat down, already bored out of his mind. He stared at the clock hoping it would make the time fly by. It didn’t.
