Something really cool happened yesterday

Okay, so do y'all remember the YouTube Fallout show by Wayside Digital, Nuka Break? It was set in the world of Fallout New Vegas, had amazing costumes and weapons? Sort of looked like this:

Well, I got to meet someone from the series yesterday at my job! To clarify, I work at Walt Disney World as a park greeter, and yesterday, I saw a guy come in wearing a Fallout shirt. I commented on it, and he said he designed the power armor on his shirt for Nuka Break, and was the costume designer for the entire series. He then told me what all happened with Nuka Break season 3, and the Kickstarter campaign for another series they were starting, and why things didn't look as great after Red Star. It came down to some bad stuff that I'd rather not get into, but let's just say it had something to do with a producer taking Kickstarter funds for themselves.

In the end, we talked about our shared love for Fallout 4, and even a little about 76 actually becoming a better game. He talked about his own company, RazorFly Studios, and what they've been up to, which is creating awesome cosplays and screen accurate cars from movies and TV shows, and the show he did called 'Wrenchmen'. All in all, it was awesome, and quite possibly my least professional moment since I started working with Disney.
