Null Stern, from Departures:
In 2017, Null Stern, which translates to “zero stars” in German, opened its first “room.” We put that in quotation marks because Null Stern isn’t a room at all. Rather, it’s a hotel experience unlike any other, where guests truly get to experience the nature surrounding them. That’s because the “room” comes with no bathroom, no walls, and no ceiling—just a bed and the stars above. And now, the company has opened up six more locations in Eastern Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.

NO WALLS, NO ROOF, NO PROBLEM: This stunning “hotel room” has no walls or ceiling
In German, this hotel's name translates to "zero stars.
Null Stern eliminates wall and a roof altogether in its location in the middle of the Swiss Alps. "The star is not the hotel but each guest," the hotel's co-founder, Daniel Charbonnier, tells Tech Insider. "We got rid of all the walls, and the only thing left is you and your experience."
