Tribute to the Anniversary Day of Holy War

Happy 11th Anniversary to the beautiful work of Holy War, the continuation of A Dragon in Shining Armour today. Congrats Griff !!!

It’s already eleven years now old, still ongoing, reaching further into its finale stage, perhaps into the last drafts into the ending, in hand written, tipped form in the coming next year.

All appreciations to your writing, your time answering ask and doing recherche in full wisely respect with respectfully accurate to your Digimon & Worldbuilding including official elements factual so extremely good fundamental included, wirh of full of your hearts content and own ideas.

Adisa with Holy War has expandet in so many ways and routes to think about, as an reader we do exploring along the immense realistic pictuering expanding world of Eniac and its central domain. It has and the flow and detailed writing quality has also in huge steps improved.

Both major stories settled in the Null Verse, called universe setting, has been startet, brought to public, as an small raw gem, further polished into an ruby jewel & now holding with many facetts, shining like fire, refracting out colourful prism from an brilliant.

Rich words are this, i'm aware, but its worth to mentioning it to this anniversary time. With all the appreciations to reflect, what has happened in all those years. And all what is coming soon too.

Thanks to all the different perspectives, characters and themes that has build up within the years. The main plot has divided into two strings like DNA now evolved further into the ending of an completed work. With help of the subthemed routes of the sub-characters had blended well the entire time along into, the two way route to The personal dilemmas and themes of moral and personal growth, uncertainties but with emotional hopes the things goes better as well.

The second installation of the series is so well planned, with the plots with all the drama’s including, thanks to your characters as well of course since they going through all the short happy moments of each scene and with all the bad times & catastrophic scenarios through their crisis, hell, and reborn as well. I like to dwell in past scenes , the memories and feelings which erupt within reading, on the imaginary eye within the minds, some directly clear others with an lingering after through which still resonating to the characters, and the plot.

We’re all now going spectacularly detailed, along now driven into the the finale in all aspects, with the turbulent crisis around, with the proceeding war bits of wins and also heavy losses of both sides, lingering bits of background info of the history’s events in further revelations. What had happened and still could happen as well.

Since the beginning of the Heavenly Rebellion far up from the sky, proceeded directly on Eniac itself, and further reached into the holy domains of the old land, into the now called Holy War.

I`m really glad apart from the Royal Knights, the expanded view to the Order on its own strucktures of administration and their fractions, working alongside with glimpsed scenes on an another, level, this expansion feels really lively now to think back. Some rooms of Castle Avalion itself and now behind further the stone walls to the fractions of the soldiers groups, like the Stricke Forces, the as well to the Rooks, the Dungeon cells itself. The inclusion and routes to give other members, recruits, (prisoners) as well to the plot with the sabotaging individuals, helping out mercs, and vilians and their spotlights was definitivy an benefit to all. I like it a lot, that the different ways to view the shades of morality gray has shown an natural sense to the viewpoints in general or directly to the characters of your own, agreeing cheerful or mildly sarcastic in contrasting words. :D

That some members of the Order had become their own warm spotlights, others still shrouded in some lukewarm mist, as an subroute of events included so well within the events for the plot, was really well through to experimenting with, yet had worked out so well, and brings so much warm and cheerful Digimon to adress and thinking about. after their debut. still fighting alongside and able to evolve. For for the scenes, the geological landmarks and cities on the continent of Eniac has also grown immense. With the yet un-descripted, unseen other continents mentioned as well.

Supporting the royal knights order policy in the mids of the partys of righteous, all good, knightly honor and aspects of the strickter terms to decide, but has not fall out of his role. Well until as the complete opposite evolution has shifted back to him, as an unholy knight, freed himself from his old shackles of burden and doupts, blazed up of an manifestation of the Digital Hazard revolving around him. In his saddest, painful moments adopted now into this form, via the circumstances as an knight of the apocalypse in all his unholy glory. Hes still Dukemon down there, yet not the same.

Special thanks to Over-Seargent Paildramon as well, adoring since her introducion. Brings an good amount af warm atmosphere to others, still encourage and holds up to others. Each of them are really well written charismatic, known as troublesome characters. From once pure, burden in chains of an own bright society, evolved into rebellious fallen angels, as death causing Antoganists as Digimon as their own sin, with their own identity, wills, goals and moralic unmoralic ways to explore. A lot of events had centered around them.

It was not easy for any of them to adopt to tag along as an group, with contrasting personalities and goals, in rivaling to their own power and affecting sins, in line with each other or seperated.

Each of them are great Digimon with sometimes shown, miserable experienced past lives to had to dealed, sice the Exodus, their dark evolution triggered fall and their sealing and long awaited, outbreak, well salvaged from the depth of the Dark Area. They are bad, they are the worses decribed Digimon of their background yes, but also some of them have, had still sad histories, a lot worth of emotions and great villians with a lot of true, in their lines spocken.

14th Anniversary

Hey, all! It's officially A Dragon in Shining Armour's 14th anniversary!

Wow, it's hard to believe it's been that long since I first posted it. I want to take this opportunity to give an update of where we're at.

Last year, I was really hoping that I'd have Holy War done by today. I knew it was probably too ambitious, but it gave me something to work towards. While I didn't quite manage it, I did come really close! I'm really close to finishing Chapter 98 - probably two or three pages left. I should be able to have that done in a few days. Then, after that, all that's left is Chapter 99, Chapter 100, and the epilogue. It's very close!

I'll probably post Chapter 100 and the epilogue together when I get there. Then, after that, I'm planning on doing a retrospective Author's Notes kind of thing where I talk about some of the decisions I've made, things I wish I did, some "what could have been" scenarios, and what might come next. I'm also toying with the idea of doing an informal AMA sort of thing where people can send in questions they have about the stories and the writing process, but we'll see.

I want to give a huge thanks to all of you, whether it's for reading, commenting, sending asks, drawing or commissioning fan art, and just generally sticking around for all this time. I really do appreciate it. It's gratifying knowing that people are engaged with A Dragon in Shining Armour and Holy War.

We're almost there! Just hang in there a little bit longer.
