Had the privilege of taking on this beast of roadtrip and conquered the Nullarbour. A long road spanning 1675km of sandy roadsides, not so many full grown trees, hell of a lot of kangaroos 'sleeping' on the side of the road; several watching the cars go by, some emus, camels, roadhouses, sing along songs, laughter, DNM chats, the Great Australian Bight and two Australian States. Learnt a lot about myself, my relationship with my wife and left all my troubles behind and didn't pick them up along the way. The lesson here is: take the time to recharge your batteries, step outside the daily norms, look at life in a different light and listen to the winds of God in the middle of nowhere.
