i finally finished the penguin!!! welcome george into the world folks:)
okay this episode was an nde after nde after nde what a rollercoaster of emotions
split fiction is dan and phil coded this the characters are like dnp that
what about the characters being rose and rosie coded?!!
i thought it was established that james isn't dead?!? like cmon he clearly faked his death!! body wasn't found, the note he left for oliver!! and it makes sense!!
i understand yeah it's an open ending but like how can u interpret it as a tragic one when the option of a happy or at least hopeful interpretation is right there!!!
I've been rewatching a lot of random dnp old videos in no particular order and just wow time isn't real
just finished behind her eyes and i'm pissed
i'm so pissed, this sunday the book club will hear lengthy explanations from me of what is fucked up about the book AND about the tv series which i'm not watching btw
like wtf she made the villian a gay guy who's poor and has an addiction and probably some mental issues AND made him swap bodies with women to be with a straight guy unbeknown to him ofc and kill 2 women?!?! and no one saw that the whole twist is relying on homophobia and transphobia? not the author not the editor not anyone else involved in the process? yes queer characters can be villains and can be bad and have issues and do bad things but not when the reason for that is their queerness , not when it creates the all too well known narratives of queerness being inherently evil. if rob wasn't a guy, if the character was a woman it would be okay. and to see that it was made into a Netflix show and was/is so popular which means this horrible representation was spread even more is upsetting. and i saw people say that they didn't notice anything like that! well that'sthe problem innit! that we r so used to see such things, such portrayals, such narratives and tropes that we don't even realise what they are anymore.
screaming crying and wheezing with laughter
I can't believe this is real omg
