I think we are really leaving untapped the potential that the sea of Nurnen offers as a location.

There is the Kraken, which routinely attacks the Fishery (location available in Shadow of Mordor), just because it gets angry. What makes him angry? Likely the orcs disrespecting the sea, overfishing, razing the seabed and throwing corpses and trash in the waves.

But also. Pirates! I bet there are lots of pirates sailing the sea of Nurnen. They do everything that an orc loves: raiding, fighting, drinking, and they obey only their leader, not Sauron or anybody else.

Maybe there are other creatures, like sea Maiar or spirits... Maybe sirens!

Lithariel, the Warrior Commander of the Tribesmen of Núrn.

Lithariel is the daughter of Lady Marwen, Queen of the Shore. As an infant, she was the only survivor of a trading ship which fell prey to the raids of the Tribesmen. Queen Marwen adopted the infant as a daughter and she is now the first in line for the throne.

No one questions Lithariel's authority. She grew up quickly among the Tribesman and has taken their values as her own. A tough warrior, she is resourceful and honorable to a fault. She has never surrendered in a battle, even when it cost those following her their lives.

I bet that in the sea of Nurnen there is the most fucked up and poisonous jellyfish in all of Middle Earth

Right now I don't have any free time to paint for myself, so let's look at an empty Nurnen. The Uruks also have a lot of work to do, and they went off to do what they are supposed to do :D
