Nurses we see how hard you guys work. We see you clocking in for shifts, even when you're not at you're best. Cause your profession often times requires it, we see you not taking breaks you need, skipping meals, everything else just to care for us.

Sometimes you guys are the people that cacth anything before the doctors do. Still all that you guys are still underpaid, for all the extra things that come with your profression. Sometimes sitting there caring, for families going through loss and unexpected times.

Often dealing with more than you guys can handle. Is the system broken? Yes, and we hear you nurses. We also see you dealing with doctors who think, they know it all, and we see the bullying that happens in the Healthcare field. When doctors put nurses down, because they think they are higher up then the nurses. No one is better than the next one, and this should be team effort. We see the effort most medical care teams take, and we appreciate that. Happy nurses appreciation week!
