A Swedish friend of mine asked me what "nötkött" is called in English. I wasn't sure because the literal translation is "nutmeat" so I looked up what it was on the Swedish wikipedia. It's beef. And cattle are apparently called "nötkreatur"... nut creatures. I don't even.
