Ingredients: 1 lb beef steak. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 cups mixed greens. 1 cup California figs, sliced. 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved. 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced. 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled. 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette.
Instructions: Add salt and pepper to the beef steak. After cooking the steak to your liking, let it rest for a while before cutting it.
