A refreshing and flavorful pasta salad featuring garden-fresh vegetables and the aromatic flavors of Dorot Crushed Ginger and Dorot Chopped Basil. Perfect for a light and healthy meal!
Ingredients: 8 oz pasta. 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved. 1 cup cucumber, diced. 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced. 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tsp Dorot Crushed Ginger. 1 tsp Dorot Chopped Basil. 2 tbsp olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish.
Instructions: Follow the directions on the package to cook the pasta. Remove the water and set it aside. Put cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, and cherry tomatoes in a large bowl. Warm up the olive oil in a small pan over medium-low heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until it smells good. Dorot Crushed Ginger and Dorot Chopped Basil should be added to the garlic-oil mix. Pour the garlic and herb mix over the bowl of vegetables. Throw the cooked pasta into the bowl and mix everything together until it's well mixed. Add pepper and salt to taste. Add grated Parmesan cheese as a garnish. Dorot Crushed Ginger and Dorot Chopped Basil should be served right away with your Garden Veggies Pasta. Have fun!
