A delightful vegan and gluten-free chocolate bark topped with sweet blueberries, tart cherries, and crunchy hazelnuts.
Ingredients: 200g vegan dark chocolate. 1/4 cup blueberries. 1/4 cup cherries, pitted and halved. 1/4 cup hazelnuts, roughly chopped.
Instructions: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Melt the vegan dark chocolate in a microwave or using a double boiler. Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out evenly with a spatula. Sprinkle the blueberries, cherries, and hazelnuts evenly over the melted chocolate. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is set. Once set, break the chocolate bark into pieces. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
