i keep meaning to do stretching to prep for the splits but i never do. one day i will conquer the splits. i promise!
I can pretty much sit with my legs spread out and lay almost flat between them... So I got curious! Definitely need some more stretching

I get it. I was doing Insanity when I heard a pop in my knee but it felt fine so i kept going. The next day, my knee was piiiiiiissed. I was out for 2 weeks and had an itch to keep working out d: ice it if it hurts. better to rest it now.
I know, I knowwww. I will take it easy!

I'm trying! I haven't done much today, but I have a kitchen to clean. I can't even describe the drop in my stomach yesterday when I felt that pain. I'm so scared to stop cause I don't want to stay stopped. Is that a bit neurotic/paranoid? :P

Hahah good! It's been awhile since I've done any kickboxing. I like it but I am so uncoordinated.
Oh you should see me. Sometimes I get so focused on watching her to make sure I'm doing it right that I realize my body is doing whatever the hell it wants. Then I have to stop and refocus and be very grateful nobody can see me. That is the main reason why I have not attempted zumba. I will fail. Miserably.

You're sweet! I think yogi kickboxer is a long ways away though. It's kinda convenient that today was kick boxing. Let's just say that all my punches and kicks had a little extra umph. ;)
