Hi Harrie, I downloaded most sets of your CC recently and I have realized that some of your CC (the BAYSIC, Brownstone, Kwatei, Octave, Porto, Spoons and Stockholm) are all broke in a certain sense. They all work perfectly fine, but there is some scratching type look on some of the furniture, it just looks like glitching lines but it is affecting all of my sims cc so I just thought i'd tell you.

This is an Nvidia anti aliasing graphics card glitch. It happens on some objects, but not every one. No way to tell which it will and won't effect. There is a quick 5 minute fix for this issue. You can follow this tutorial:

But you'll need to download the Nvidia inspector from this site here:

You'll need to download the oldest version of the app 1.9.7.8 from 2018 as the new versions no longer have the feature which fixes the issue

hi harrie! i love your cc and have a ton of it in my game, but lately i've been noticing a visual glitch affecting many of the pieces - like thin black lines outlining geometric shapes. is this something you recognise? or is it ok if i send you a screenshot to show what i'm seeing? sorry to bother you with this but i'm not knowledgeable abt 3d objects at all & i wouldn't even know how to begin identifying this issue 😭 tysm!

I'll answer this publicly just in case anyone else is wondering about this issue. Its a know issue with NVIDIA graphics cards and the fact that anti-aliasing is turned off for The Sims 4. There is a tutorial that you can follow that will have the issue fixed in under 5 mins.

But use this LINK to download the NVIDIA Inspector. The latest version of the app released no longer has settings to correct the issue, you'll need to make sure you download 1.9.7.8

Keep this program in a safe place as you may need to redo this process at a later date when you update your graphics card drivers again. Some updates revert it back to the default settings, while other updates don't effect it.
