If one were to describe Mirei’s love life, it was always a mixture of innocent curiosity and exploration. Not the crazy kind of exploration, but rather those kinds of adventures that kind of happen naturally without much thought. Though there are many models, celebrities she has met from time to time, Mariya-nee chan (now currently a model) was one of the girls who had been there for her almost every step of the way. From the time when her father passed away, to the time she moved away to her grandparents home, they had maintained contact. However, there is one gossip-girl worthy secret that wasn’t revealed to neither of their parents or friends, it was that Mirei’s first kiss was with this long-term friend. It wasn’t anything serious, but rather back in high school when Mirei didn’t have that many friends Mirei had a hard time developing her own identity and sexuality. Perhaps it was self-induced, but even though she wanted to get closer to boys both mentally and physically she couldn’t bring herself to simply because she was too shy. At high school, she only felt comfortable around her close female friends, and that one friend she ended having her first kiss with was Mariya-nee chan. Honestly, Mirei was a little stunned that Mariya even agreed. After all, Mariya was one of the most beautiful girls that every guy had chased after throughout highschool and Mirei was absolute certain that Mariya wouldn’t see her in that way. Initially, she felt all warm and fuzzy about it, but since she moved to her grandparent’s home the contact lessened and the innocent kiss was soon forgotten. However, ever since she returned to Tokyo for university, Mirei was able to re-establish her relationship with Mariya-nee chan as long-term friends. “Nah nah! Mariya-nee. I heard you and Yamada-kun went on a trip together for work! Why didn’t you invite me! That’s soooo unfair!” She complains childishly, having heard they went all the way to another part of Japan “You know what, we need to go on a trip since you guys failed to invite me!”
