Inktober 2025 Day 31 - 'Award.' WE DID IT! Congrats to everyone who completed the challenge! Thanks to everyone who liked and followed my art! It was fun seeing everyone's art! I wish everyone luck on whatever creative endeavors you aim for next!!
I forced myself to do this challenge non-digitally and I learned a lot. There's a lot I love about both traditional art and digital art, and some things I hate about both, too. I wish the scanner I planned to use for this challenge had worked, taking pics with my phone really sucks lol. I can post the materials I used if anyone's interested, I stopped including them in the images halfway through since it wasn't changing much. I have brushes and actual ink but I didn't want to have to clean the brushes every single day during the challenge so I used mainly pens and markers and a 6H pencil to sketch.
The next thing I want to work on is animated so I need to find a good (free) program to use for that. Tried OpenToonz but it just crashes on my PC. I can make a few things on Krita in the meantime though to keep my accounts active, or take pics of things I drew long ago traditionally if things get really dire. Stay tuned!
