11/16/17 @doggirl110 Little Miss #Paige is officially 11 weeks old today. She has over come so much in her short life. From being abandoned at a day old with no mama dog to feed from; to failure to thrive and being tube fed round the clock. This little girl’s spirit is absolutely inspiring. It is her turn to find her #fureverhome. She is already learning her manners and doing so well. As she is extremely smart and very eager to please😬 She is in the process of being housebroken and doing fantastic with it. She is also crate trained as well already. She has been living with our pack now for some time and she does well with dogs of all sizes,ages as we have two super senior dogs in our pack and even knows to be gentle with our medical foster #Nana as well. She also loves our two cats too. She adores everyone she meets including kids of all ages. Repost @newyorkbullycrew • Pinky • We wanted to let everyone know that Pinky saw the veterinarian to assess her mammary tumor. Despite the conditions she had been living in at the agricultural farm that she was rescued from, Pinky is in generally good health aside from her tumor. She has some minor skin irritation caused by flea bites, and has been prescribed a flea and tick preventative. Pinky's two puppies also received a checkup and will be treated for minor skin issues as well. Pinky has been scheduled for surgery and will have her tumor removed on Tuesday morning. Please consider donating toward Pinky's medical expenses. To briefly recap, Erica and Harley were involved in an altercation with another dog after escaping from their yard. Because the district attorney in their jurisdiction notoriously discriminates against bully breeds and has senselessly sentenced other dogs to death, Erica and Harley's mom was preemptive in saving her beloved dogs. She contacted us for help and got them on an emergency transport to New York the day before they were ordered to be surrendered. Unfortunately, even though Erica and Harley are now safe from legal ramifications, their mother is not. A case is currently unfolding against the loving mother of five human children, and there is a warrant out for her arrest. Repost @newyorkbullycrew • Mathers • This photo above is from last week, but we want to let everyone know that Karina traveled to Mathers' foster home to check on him and administer his next dose of chemotherapy. Unfortunately, her phone battery died on the way and she was not able to get any new photos of Mathers. Karina said she was pleasantly surprised at how quickly he is responding to the antibitoics and the chemotherapy. His facial tumor is visibly improved and the oozing from the affected area has stopped. His foster family has been taking good care of him and cleaning his face daily. Karina was very happy with the overall progress that has been made in the past week.
