Heidi…
Look at this dreamy studio apt. in New York City’s East Village. It’s like a mini industrial loft. The brick walls were already painted white by the landlord. The white is offset by the beams in the ceiling.
A very large bed with lots of storage fits in with ease.
The shelving above the desk goes up to the ceiling for maximum storage.
The kitchen’s a good size and the cabinetry matches the rest of the storage in the apt.
This is great- you rarely see laundry in a studio.
All the tenants in the building share the rooftop deck.
View of the city.

How fabulous is the fireplace in this 1890 New York City building converted to co-op apts.? It’s a studio, but it certainly has the wow factor.
At first I didn’t like the furniture, but I see what they did- they matched the kitchen. Still, it kinda takes away from the fireplace and windows.
Is this fireplace not amazing? It’s pretty wide for a studio and I like the leaded glass windows.
This is nice, right next to the window, and I like how the bedspread matches the fireplace tile.
The kitchen’s nice- has everything, even a place to sit. Don’t care for the choice of cabinets, though.
Love this shower. I would live here, but they only allow cats. That’s unusual for NYC, they almost always allow dogs.

How gorgeous. This is an artist’s loft studio that is rented out for photo shoots in the TriBeCa section of New York City.
This is fabulous.
The details, like the rusty sconces lit up and the shiplap walls.
Beautiful vintage furniture.
This is so cozy and wonderful.
