You an sACN girle or Art-Net?
To be honest, my workplace is at the very most like 20m by 30m with a continuous overhead pipe grid so neither is really preferable to just laying dmx.
Also we rarely even use 3 out of our GrandMA3s 6 outputs, except if we use every LED we have on a high channel mode which is definitely overkill for plays of the calibre we host.
All that being said, from the little interaction i have had with either, i'd say sACN seems nicer to use ^^
