The featured ingredient of today's cooking class was carrots. Did you know carrots come in different colors? They do! The kids were amazed to see that the inside of a purple carrot is yellow. What?? After exploring the carrots of various colors we had a taste test to see which color carrot each kid liked best. (White carrots won.)
