Hanzade looks like she could be little Anastasia doesn't she? Now we "have" three life stages for imagining Kosem, Hanzade as child Kosem, Nasya as young adult and Humasah haseki as adult oohh hey Humasah Sultan (Safiye daughter) could be like older Kosem no? Buut getting back to what I came to say: lovely gifset hon, Hanzade is one of the prettiest little sultanas.

i never thought of that, but Vildan Atasever (Humasah) could be a good older!Kosem too! And Hanzade was so cute, with Kaya they could've been a great duo.

Right, season 1, I actually like the beginning of it and Ahmed/Nasya story of how he fell in love with her portrait and all that, is very fairytaily don’t you think? Anyway, the first season begins the way it did, but after Handan loses her suspicions about Nasya/Kosem they became allies because they both love Ahmed and it would be something different to vary. We get to keep Nasya for as long as possible before transitioning to Beren (it would be wonderful if it didn’t need to change, but oh well). Kosem and Mahfiruz/e while they surely don’t like each other they are too allies in what concerns protecting their children, the dynasty and Ahmed. The Giray Brothers should be much better used, especially Sahin. He simply disappeared in prison never to be heard again. I think we can’t really escape Safiye as a villain and the actress was brilliant in the part. Anyway, we get to see Ahmed actually rulling the state, he going on the campaign and fighting against the celali. A few time jumps here and there, but we do get to see at least Murad, Bayezid and Ibrahim being born (Kasim would be good too if they could stretch things). We see Kosem rising to power, struggling a bit with her morals from the beggining and with whom she is becoming until it all cumulates in Ahmed’s death in the end of the season.  The very last episode, mind you. And the last few minutes are only showing the faces of Osman, Mehmed and Mustafa like a question mark of who will get the throne.   Season two is the season of Osman and Mustafa. We see them rulling and Kosem fight to keep her children alive during this time period, maybe her plotting secretly with the army and that’s how she truly gets control of them. Mehmed’s death and how this completely breaks a parto f her and makes her more ruthless. Honestly I really liked the thing with Kosem being the one to raise Osman and seeing her as one of her children, but I could let this pass. We see Osman dying, Mustafa going back to the cafes, Osman children dying and the season ends with Kosem and Murad in the balcony announcing that Sehzade Murad is now Sultan Murad and Kosem is the Regent.Season three begins with Kosem’s regency and Murad groing up as he grow older he begins to want more and more power and indepence from his mother. He starts drinking after his first child by Ayse die and can’t stop after that because his children keep dying and he doesn’t know how to deal with emotions. He lastly grap power from his mother after the whole thing with the army trying to rebel. He let’s his fear and anger dominate him more and more, Ayse is his main haseki and is respected, we see her pain and struggle as her kids keep dying and she can feel her lover becoming more and more a tyrant. Bayezid dies because Murad is jealous that his younger Brothers are more popular than him and he remembers what happened to Osman. Kosem fails to save Kasim and a part of her hates Murad after that and she doesn’t care about him, but she never openly tries to kill him because after all he is her son. By the beggining of the end Murad gets more and more sick and eventually dies in pain leaving those who love him to mourn. Since he had no heirs it’s time to Ibrahim get the throne and despite his mind being lost after so many deaths and years of imprisionement Kosem do the best she can. Season four begins with Ibrahim rulling, his erract behavior, we see Turhan arriving in the harem, all full of wonder and hopes and dreams. We see Ibrahim crush that and her love for her son above all things. We see Ibrahim’s other hasekis and eventually Kosem rulling again, this time she is colder, she is ruthless, she sees what she must do and what she needs to do before they all die in the hands of Ibrahim. It wasn’t her plan to kill him, I don’t think Kosem would ever agree to kill her kids, but Turhan – that everyone overlook – maybe uses her power and influence as the future Valide Sultan and convinces the pashas that Ibrahim needs to die. This is maybe the middle of the season? Or the end so we don’t have so many time jumps. I think it would work best if we had five seasons, each season showing Kosem during the reign of a different sultan. Anyway. Turhan fails in get the power she needs to protect herself and her kid when Kosem gets to be Valide Sultan again. She – Turhan – isn’t as silente anymore, not now that Ibrahim is dead and her son is the Sultan. But Kosem doesn’t like this and starts planning to take Mehmed out of the throne and substitute him and that’s when Turhan acts and order the execution of Kosem with Meleki’s help. We see Kosem dying and maybe flashbacking all her best scenes and when she does die she gets to see Ahmed again, and he reachs out to her and they get Peace after all. Back to the real world we see Turhan getting the power she earned and fought for and rulling alongside her son, being the last of the powerful Valide Sultans and the season – and the series – ends with her and Mehmed side by side looking at the empire from the Sultan’s chambers. 

I waited a few days to read this properly to add something, but hosnestly, this doesn’t need anything more, i love your ideas, i wish the writers thought something similar and the rating were better. I really really like this, thank you so much for sharing it!

1. my eyes - most days i hate them but when i put some eye makeup on they really stand out and yeah. crystal blue eyes.
