He was shaking.

Whether it be in excitement or anxiousness, Guzma himself was unsure.

Tugging the strings of his hoodie impulsively, attempting ease his nerves by drawing attention his to the commotion around him. The Shady House was in complete pandamonium, with Grunts littering the entirety of the old mansion as they drank, sang, danced, and patied as though it were the end of the world.

Yeah you can say the annual Skull Holiday Fiasco was going pretty well.

But unlike previous years, the celebration was rather tame. And even more curiously, this was by Guzma’s request. The same man who the year before hand had drunkenly swung too and fro from the Shady House chandelier,in turn causing it to collapse to the ground and nearly killing him. Hell they still haven’t cleaned up the mess.

What prompted this sudden change of behavior?

Well it was the first year he brought his girlfriend.

Valerie had been more than happy to come along to his party, and for her sake the Skull Boss threatened requested for his Grunts not to get too carried away. Or else. Especially since he had bee planning something especially for her...

He swallowed, before turning to her. Hey it’s all good, he and his ‘lil friend have been practising for weeks, theres no way he can mess up, just gotta set up the moment....

“ Enjoyin’ yerself Stardust ? ‘S our first Christmas after all, don’ wanna dissapoint my girl, ” he affectionately squeezes her hand, flashing her a large grin.

“ Damn, I’m jus’ so happy to see ya here Val. ”

{ ♨► } ———— A cool chill permeates the air of Lumiose City. A soft sort of wintery snow had begun to fall, continously covering various buildings and backstreets with a wide, white blanket.

     Siebold rests within the corridors of restaurant Le Wow, elbow perched on a window frame as a hand made for a rest for the elite's head. A blank, dull expression takes hold of Siebold's features as he stares absentmindedly into the chilled activities lining the snow-ridden city. Children throwing snow at one another, various Ponyta dragging others in expensive-looking carts, the smell of burning meat resonating from the kitchen.

     ....

    Wait. Shit.

    As Siebold moves towards the kitchen in order to address the current smoked problem, the newly sounded ring of the restaurant's door opening to allow a customer inside catches his attention as his gaze moves to trace the outline of his guest.

    "Valerie." He states her name without features changing, though his voice has a favored tone for her specifically. "I... ah... please excuse me for a moment or so. I'll return quite shortly."

Loyalty
