I had to post this, it's a slight variation on the NY Sour, I was messing around with ingredients and mainly just trying to achieve the separation that you see. Hence alot of discrepancy in some aspects. It's just a test. But I was receiving ALOT of flak from my DC friend about what a NY Sour is, looked like or even if it existed at all. So...here you go.

What is NYSour?

         "Born and raised in an eclectic area of Manhattan, I am an upper West Side native. Being able to easily travel to my surrounding neighborhoods like uptown and Harlem I learned to absorb different social perspectives and personalities.
