This drink is a fun take on the traditional Old Fashioned. It has the perfect balance of smokey whiskey and sweet maple syrup.

Ingredients: 2 oz whiskey. 1/4 oz maple syrup. 2 dashes Angostura bitters. 1 dash orange bitters. Orange twist, for garnish.

Instructions: Put whiskey, maple syrup, and bitters in a mixing glass. Add ice to the glass and stir for about 30 seconds, or until the drink is very cold. Strain the drink into an ice-filled rocks glass. Add a twist of orange to the drink and squeeze the oils out of it.

Ingredients: 2 oz whiskey. 1/2 oz simple syrup. 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice. 4-6 fresh mint leaves. 2 slices cucumber. Ice cubes.

Instructions: In a cocktail shaker, muddle mint leaves, cucumber slices, and simple syrup. Add whiskey, fresh lemon juice, and ice cubes. Shake well until chilled. Strain mixture into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with a mint sprig and cucumber slice. Serve immediately.
