made & attached this quilt block to the back of a denim jacket as a gift for a family member!

First time foundation paper piecing! Well, if you don't count the first, failed attempt.

After 9 months I finished my big quilt! Quite possible the largest single piece of artwork I've ever done!

It's machine pieced, but all of the top stitching is hand quilted.
