Nyungwe Forest National Park, Rwanda 2019
Wherever you go in this enormous world of ours, the kids are always the same. They are curious and honest, they want to play, experiment, socialize and most importantly just have fun and enjoy. We should never forget the child in us, because that’s where the innocence, honesty and joy reside and where prejudice has no room.
We were waiting for a bus at the side of the road when a bunch of local kids came to hang out with us. We did not speak the same language, but they seemed to have a good laugh with us (my guess is they were laughing more at us than with us though). Mostly tourist come to the national park with their own cars so we must have been an interesting sight sitting there waiting for a bus for over an hour, being left on the road by the first bus and then waiting for the next one again.
