comm for @nyxlexic :D !! <3
Do you sell prints of your sapphic dryads art piece? I really want that on my wall! Its gorgeous
Hello there and thank you for asking!
I am currently in the process of trying out some print providers (sample prints will be given away/sold on Patre0n, depending on how nice they turn out) and that piece has been the most requested print so... yeah, expect that dryad drawing as a print!
It's probably going to be an A5 format, nothing too big, and not on super plasticky paper (I'm trying to be as environmentally friendly as possible.) I'm also working on some ideas for little extras to put in the package (and... packaging materials... my nightmare), if anyone has any requests/ suggestions or further print request let me know!
Prices are realistically going to be between 10-25 euros, depending on materials used and shipping costs.
Would be okay if I drew a portrait of temmie for you? I'm so sorry for your loss, I know how hard it is to lose a reptile baby :(
Oh I would love that so so much!! Thank you friend ;.;
Hey New, what apps/websites do you use to learn Japanese? I'm thinking about picking it up again to finish learning. Also any tips about being less nervous about speaking Japanese out loud? (I get soooo nervous about messing it up and I'm not a strong English speaker even though its my native tongue 😭)
Here’s a video where I share the apps I use! Here’s the Ultra Handy Japanese Verb Conjugator for whenever your brain has trouble remembering a certain form
Being less nervous just takes time and patience. I still get shy sometimes but I also practice every single day. No matter if I’m in the bath or driving to work, I pretend I’m being interviewed and I practice my answers. This allows me the time to think and form my sentences, or work on pronunciations that I might get tongue twisted over.
Don’t worry too much about messing it up, learning a new language is hard. It takes time because you’re literally rewiring your brain. Just think of it as trying to teach a computer a whole new code.
And in my experience, Japanese friends have always been super kind and helpful whenever I mess up! So there’s nothing bad that can happen. Remember, fear is the resistance of pain, and nothing in learning a new language can hurt you. Laugh at mistakes, they’re funny! One time with my friend I almost said “it’s so spicy” instead of “it’s so dark” and then one time in Japanese school I accidentally said “I’m gonna go home and eat my boyfriend” instead of “I’m gonna go home and eat curry.” Sensei and I were red in the face laughing. You just have to have fun with it. You are human.
がんばって!
I'm not very good at asks but uhm I love your art and I'm very not normal about strudel (gonna kiss that dog)
im glad you like her ^_^ see her awesomes

Thank you so much! I really appreciate you taking the time to answer me! ❤
Of course, anytime. I forgot to say that I highly recommend you subscribe to BILINGIRL CHIKA on YouTube. My sensei recommended me to her channel years ago, and I still watch her videos almost every day. She started out doing English lessons but now her channel is full of all kinds of stuff like travel, DIY, etc. She vlogs a lot bilingually but even her English lesson vlogs are really good to listen to. Even if you can’t understand much, it’s good to be listening to someone speaking Japanese every day so you can get your brain in the zone. Japanese vloggers are perfect for that.

No! Thats horrible :(
I was curious about where the video was taken and that led me to find out his name and the incident. Looking in the notes confirmed it was the same guy. So sad.

I put coconut oil and butter in my coffee! It makes the energy last longer and keep the jitters and caffeine crash away! I can imagine it would be the same for tea, so bonus benefits :D
Good idea. I add coconut oil to my golden milk, it’s very nice.

Amazing about the kidneys and phosphates my grandpa is in full kidney failure and my mom has a cyst on her kidney i have a feeli g this gene may be also causing so many of my problems along with upper spine injuries
That book is really eye opening. My mom has cysts and stones in her kidneys as well, and she’s a lupus patient which makes a lot of sense about my own health issues. I’m still not sure what it means but when I first started taking guai, I had some intense pains in my back where I thought my kidneys were for awhile, but then I had my crazy two periods of death in one month. It was intense and uncomfortable and felt as if my body was using my period to get rid of a lot of phosphates in my blood at once, like a purge. I was literally on my period like... all month long lol. It sucked and it was a really strange experience, just a very abnormal type of period for me. I have no idea if my guess about this is accurate but looking back, I wonder if that’s what was happening.
@triangle-ears replied to your post“Hi New, I know you talked about the things that have helped your fibro...”
I'm saving a copy of this to my hard drive and one to my Evernote. My mom has some of my illnesses and developed fibro late in life so I am very worried/paranoid about it. (I don't suppose you know any preventative measures?)
Not sure about preventative, fibro seems to be in the DNA and from what I’ve read it can usually be triggered into a fully developed illness by trauma such as a car wreck, death of a loved one, a break up, etc. In my case I grew up with all the symptoms in different states but not debilitating enough for anyone to really notice, but then after my cat Cleo died in 2013, it’s as if whatever gene that the fibro and narcolepsy is coded in just EXPLODED and suddenly I became so so much sicker than I ever was. The only things I can think of would be just general health and circulation practices, and also meditation/yoga and working on clearing emotional blockages because those affect your body and DNA a lot. Meditation is very much about speaking to your cells, your molecules, your atoms, etc, so it can help so that down the line you can have better defenses if it ever does suddenly develop.
