hey, so the situation has only really gotten worse from here. my wife has been out of a job for months and it's been a struggle to try and find a new one. im still on (thankfully paid) medical leave for the rest of this month, but fingers crossed i get approved to go back asap bc my pay is cut for the duration of my leave.

hey y'all im back to work but the situation is largely the same; i'm getting enough help to keep us housed but id really like to work towards saving up to try and improve our living situation otherwise. we still want to try and get out of the south or, failing that, get somewhere with cheaper rent as a stepping stone towards that!!!!
