O’Reilly’s Bar, Tara Street
O’Reilly’s Bar
The first bar/nightclub that will be included in this blog is O’Reilly’s Bar. O’Reilly’s Bar is located in Dublin City Centre beside Tara Street DART station, making it easily accessible from anywhere in the city centre. O’Reilly’s is without a doubt one of Dublin’s most underrated bars / nightclubs. It opens every day at 4pm and runs as a normal pub, although on Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights it becomes one of the liveliest venues in the city.
It has quite a unique setting with a Victorian style interior. Even though it is smaller than most other bars / nightclubs in the city centre, it provides something completely different. It is the perfect place enjoy dancing, drinking with friends and meeting new people. It is the perfect spot for those who want to experience Irish culture.
O’Reilly’s Bar has everything you need, with live DJ’s and the cheapest drinks you can find in the area. While entry was free before COVID-19, it is now €10 . The music in O’Reilly’s caters for people of different ages and interests as there can be classic 80’s and 90’s songs but also a lot of modern dance music too. There is a little bit of everything.
As for its other facilities, there are two bars inside which allows for less waiting in line to get drinks, a heated beer garden outside, and a coat room so you don’t have to worry about getting to warm. Overall, O’Reilly’s Bar has everything to make your night an unforgettable one with an atmosphere that can’t be matched.
Getting parts for my car is NOT an appropriate time to ask me for my number, auto parts guy. NOT a good time. Or ever really when unprovoked or unreciporcated flirting happens. Leave me alone. Do not come onto me. Do not flirt with me. Let me get my windshield wiper hoses and leave me be. Also, try to sell me the correct belt tensioner the first time!!! Ugh. Sorry. Rant over.
I fucking hate today (ง •̀_•́)ง
So I asked for a raise a few months ago because back in November when I got my "promotion" I never received a raise but they cut me from 40+hrs a week to 25. A week ago I did the same thing, asked for a raise and was told they didn't have money to maneuver around with. That same day, they have 3 job interviews for my location. That pissed me off THEN I found out today that a coworker who had been here 5 months got a raise, promotion and whatever. I've been with the company for 10months and barely above minimum wage. Never late (my manager is late more than me). On top of that, mufflers fell on my head and smacks my lower back. Scale 1-10 of pain is definitely over 9000. Fuck you O'Reillys
Had to pour myself a drink ‘cause my friends drive me nuts sometimes.
Quite an astonishing sunset from my O'Reilly's visit in December 2013. The mountains created a pretty nice layering effect which really adds to the overall feel of the photograph. The settings were: f/5.6, 1/125s, ISO 320 (first image) - ISO 250 (second image) and 55mm on the kit lens. Hope you like them :D
A Cat Tale Music with the help of former O'Reilly's booker Jared Pilieri interview Broadway on their F#$%ING FINALLY tour stop in Philadelphia.
Discover who got bit by a crackhead, had their shoe used as a urinal, and resembled system of a down in high school.
Enjoy!
