A few days after joining Tav and their party of adventurers and sparing Karlach's life, Wyll gets a fever. He's surprised when others are serious about taking care of him.
very touch-starved Wyll gets a bath and a massage from Halsin and some shy awkward cuddles from similarly touch-starved Gale while poor Karlach can just sit and watch and wish. so much yearning in this one, I'm telling you.

Starting from the rescue from the goblin camp with some minor plot liberties, this story focuses on many missed opportunities for comfort and companionship between Halsin and Tav (and to lesser extent a few others). Halsin is very touch-starved and lonely when we meet him.
aroace!Tav in a qpr with Halsin, very soft, taking care of each other even when Halsin is not used to being on the receiving end of that. explicit violence and gore in a few chapters, very whumpy to balance the fluff.
