Oasis had recently moved from Mustafu Japan to New Vanguard U.S.A. It wasn't out of her own free will or for leisure but rather a mission she had been tasked with. The HPSC had agreed to helps new Vanguards goverment to help capture a criminal under the name "Herpeton". oasis had spent the entire flight reading on information about him, but other than him having a lizard-like mutation quirk, there wasn't much she could find. Probably why New Vanguard needed the help. once she arrived and stablished herself at the hotel she would be staying at, she decided to go for a walk before going full hero mode. It wasn't for the sake of turism but rather to know the layot of the citiy better, in case she actually encountered the villain. After what felik like hours roaming the streets, Oasis decided to sit on a bench to rest for a while, before heading back to the hotel and actually begin the task she was asigned. She was tired so initially she didn't notice someone else sitting on the same bench, but once she did she moved slightly away to give them more space. - @glass-oasis -
Newt noticed oasis moving away slightly. He wasn't sure if it was just a polite gesture, or if the owman was frightened of his reptile looks.
"Uh, hi..." he said, trying to strike up conversation, in case it was just a friendly gesture.
The lady didn't look like she was from around here, from what newt could tell.
"You new around here?" He asked in a friendly tone.
