Herpeton's the name and being a superhero is my game!

I may not be would you sauares call a "real hero" cuz I don't got a license, but frankly heroism shouldn't based on some piece of plastic!

My powers might be freaky, but their more formidable than you guys give them credit for!

Ooc: mod here! Just letting younguys know some info on herpy!

-real name is sameer newton "newt" cornelius jr, but this is not public knowledge.

-his mutation is "herptile". It grants him the abilities and physiology of reptiles and amphibians, as well as the ability to communicate with them.

-new vanguard(where he lives) is located in new york.

Anywho, with that out of the way, let's all have some fun!

How did it first manifest?

Does it cause any physical/visible mutations?

(Ooc) technically not a mha oc but powers function similarly to quirks.

1. Herpetile, grants him the physiology and abilities of various reptiles and amphibians and can communicate with and control them via pheromones

2. Been that way since his embryo stage.

3. Very much so, his physiology is mostly a composite of reptilian and amphibian features.

4. Might not actually change that much given his high resistance to dna mutation.

5. Wouldn't do squat to it.

6. Most of his identity would feel erased. His mutation is something he considers an integral part of himself.

7. His reptilian features would give it away. They might not notice his amphibian features as they are more subtle than his reptilian ones.

8. Yes, very much so. His neighorhood was attacked by a cult of anti-alloform bigots.

9. Sudden rapid involuntary color changes.

10. That he embraces fhe instincts that come with his mutation rather than fear them like some caged beast.

Herpeton leaped off the building, his patagia extending as he leaoed and glided to his way find nonoka. He aw the mig impact too, and was headed there as fast as he could. He was able to listen carefully, and could tell where nonoka was. Now all he had to do was get fargum and the cops far enough away from her so he could sneak her to safety.

Herpeton shoots a foul, bitter smelling bioadhesive from gis tail at the cops, directly at their guns, the sticky substances jamming the barrels.

Why are so many heroes joining the blaze hounds..?

I just don't understand how the government can still entrust them if they're actively seeking out fame more than helping people..

Because they're easier to control. More willing to do what their told if it meand they get more fame and fortune.
