Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups rolled oats. 1 cup pecans, chopped. 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips. 1/2 cup maple syrup. 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted. 1/4 cup almond butter. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. Put rolled oats, chopped pecans, vegan chocolate chips, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, almond butter, vanilla extract, and salt in a bowl. Mix everything together well. Make an even layer of the mixture in a 9-inch pie dish that has been greased. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until set and golden brown. Before cutting, let the pie cool for at least 10 minutes. You can serve it hot or cold. Have fun!
