With how much Galahd culture was influenced by their contact with the Fihrie, they probably have Opinions about people who try to coerce oaths or obtain them under false pretences. And they definitely have Opinions about oathbreakers.

Oh, yes, definitely.

Oathbreakers are the worst. Many Galahkari think they deserve nothing but death. Or something worse than death.

Coercion of oaths ans promises is considered a form of rape and treated as such. In the older times people like that lost their tongue.

Why is that title of Kingslayer given so much Stigma?( Besides Jaime being the Kingsguard killing the King.)

Well, killing the king is big. That’s like the Secret Service assassinating the President, and in a society based around oaths, transgressing that oath is huge, no matter how justified (and Jaime never bothered to share those justifications with the rest of Westeros). It’s a singularly great, unprecedented transgression against so much of the social fiber of Westeros that most people simply fail to comprehend it.
