Permission

I expect you to ask for permission for everything:

to go out

to talk to people

to spend money

to have a treat

to sit on the couch

to start a diet or to end it

to wear pants

to do anything out of the ordinary

This is not because I don't trust you to (generally) make the right choice, but to remind you that you have no choice in these matters. You don't get to make decisions, you get to obey - plain and simple.

Pessimism does one unforgivable thing, it withdraws libidinal energy from the future. It questions whether continuation is justified. That alone destabilizes human systems built on growth, reproduction, productivity, debt, and obedience. A pessimist is not dangerous because they are sad; they are dangerous because they do not automatically feed the next cycle.

This is why pessimism is treated as immoral rather than mistaken. It interrupts the emotional fuel supply. It makes people hesitate instead of reproducing, consuming, voting, smiling, scheduling, and complying. And people cannot tolerate hesitation. They require affective forward motion, even if empty, even if false.

I am wanting to start logging my training again so this blog will definitely become more active.

While Tumblr (and in particular dogblr) can be toxic too, I have never experienced anything like the Facebook dog/service dog community. It is a whole different beast.

That means I need new dogblrs to follow! Like/Reblog this if you’re an active dogblr. Bonus points if your dogs do sports or you also log your training (that inspiration from other owners is always welcomed)!
