hey so im 5'5 and i do a lot of gymnastics so i have a lot of muscle and im trying to lose weight and tone my arms, legs and stomach. i really need some help. would you help me find a good work out schedule? like im going to be eating clean, but idk what excercieses to do and how much ofthem and how long
eat as healthily as you can :); your gymnastics will count as a lot of your exercise.
try yoga or pilates (blogilates is amazing); and using basic and advanced stretching is supposed to be good for muscles when actually included in your workout.
crunches/and sit ups are good for stomachs, scissor kicks and walking are good for legs :)
hope it helps a bit; just start off experimenting and then use how your body and muscles feel to work out if you are on the right path or not :)
