Imagine waking up and finding these eating your car battery like a buncha hagfish
Pokedex Entry
Sercuit - they snap onto their own tail to keep their maw charged and ready in case of predators or potential prey. Typically found near cities, they like to congregate around power grids and nibble on the structures. Some cities station trainers with ground type Pokemon to protect the grid from frequent infestations.
Voltangle - Although bound together, the two serpents still only chase their own tails. The two heads think independently and frequently beef with one another, especially over food. However, in the few rare moments the two heads do come together to work as one they can be unstoppable.
Dynagnarl - in contrast to the discordant knot of its previous form, this Pokemon's multiple minds have learned to work together in perfect synchrony. Their cooperation is evident with the sophisticated body the four serpents manage to maintain despite being individual creatures. They are known to climb mountains during thunder storms to absorb the energy from lightning strikes.

#093: Eolikyte
Eolikytes fly all over the planet, travelling in large, colorful groups through the wind!
When it's time to regain their energy, they latch onto the ground using a strong silk they produce, this anchors them in the air, the force of the wind pushing on their bodies gets converted into the energy Eolikytes need to sustain themselves!
They dance side to side when happy, and sleep by hanging down from powerlines and trees with their little hands!
Inspired by kites & a lil bit of stingray!
Listen in, I got a headcanon about Dhelmise I wanna share
Ok, so if anyone’s heard Dhelmise’s cry before, ya know how it’s supposed to sound like the creaking of a ship turning, just with more reverb n’ stuff?
At one point I thought, ‘hey, that creaking can almost sound like purring’ and that’s all it took for me to assume for myself that some Dhelmise could have a repetitive, purr-like creak when feeling really content.
Anyway that’s it I wish I was normal-
progress to the third demo is coming along nicely! lets have a look at the latest pair of lines to be implemented! the prompts for these ones were for a tin can mon and a soda can mon. tin can mon included a little robotlike drawing which also had arms, but in the end i felt it was more fun with just the legs. the evo is part fighting type and was designed entirety based around a visual six pack pun. two of the cans are flipped backwards as a bit of self lampooning, since so many of my mons ended up staring at you out of their ass on the backsprite. the evo is made of 6 of the prevo, and so there are 12 arms in its construction. the top and bottom cans use their limbs to make the bigger limbs, and the middle cans hold everything together. they also have unsettling organic mouths on the inside. the prevo is based on when children ‘make robots’, it collects and stores scraps of electronics in its body, and pretends to be broken if any fall out. since the two can prompts are inherently similar, for the sodamon i decided to focus on the content of the cans to differentiate them. for the first one i settled on the idea of a snake charmer baskets, a liquid snake which rises from its can and dances when it hears advertising jingles. from there i got the idea of the evo being reminiscent of a buddha in the padmasana pose resting on a lotus flower (formed from a constant fountain spray of shaken soda). i think the conflict between the ultra-commercial energetic nature of cola and the absolute minimal and calm visual of a meditating monk is entertaining, like the photos of stacks of coke and fanta left as offerings in buddhist temples. my current dex completion (frontsprites and backsprites) is 285/504! getting there!
#086: Foresign
These mysterious creatures possess the ability to see into the future! They stand in front of people to warn them of danger or life-changing events. They only communicate through their eye, which can change shape into any symbol that better represents the future event in question, it is often hard to decipher this symbol with accuracy, which can lead to failure of preventing the future they warn, but their intentions are good, they're trying their best! Still... if you see one flying nearby, you better hope it doesn't land in front of you.
I think my love of objectmon may have something to do with my childhood obsession with Blue's Clues.
