A - I am throwing a curveball at you immediately by gushing over two characters that are not from FE.
First of those is Adolin Kholin from the Stormlight Archive. I HATED him in the Way of Kings (book 1) because I found him insufferable and couldn't tolerate his type of Flirty Man when I was younger, but over the course of the series, he's really grown on me and Rhythm of War was a great book for his character development. I hope he's still as enjoyable to me whenever I finally get around to reading Wind and Truth.
Artix von Krieger from all of the Artix Entertainment games (primarily AdventureQuest and DragonFable) was my blorbo before I even knew blorbos could be a thing and fandom wasn't only gushing about my favorite things to myself. Peak himbo energy akin to true Joke Character, but my God he got some great character work done this decade in AdventureQuest. Where was this when I was deeper into the AE nightmare hole?
(of course I also like Alear but I've liked these two a lot longer)
B - Welcome to the first of two letters that made me sit on this ask for an entire month. I still unfortunately do not have an answer for this, though by default I guess Boucheron goes here, despite my love for/interest in his character significantly waning in the last few months or so. Still a ridiculously fun early game axe fighter unit, so he gets bonus points for that.
G - I actually do not have an answer for this one at all. Not even a character to default to. I apologize.
L - you already know the answer to this. I will take this as an excuse to do some more propaganda gushing that I was unable to with Engage Month.
Actually, nevermind. LOUIS IS IN HEROES I CAN'T BELIEVE THE DAY HAS FINALLY COME. THOUGHT HE'D NEVER GET IN AT THIS POINT AND WITH NICE ART AS WELL. I THINK I'M PACIFIED FOR NOW.
Z - Default Zelkov choice because I don't have any other options that I can think of. Got some great character beats in his supports, though I need to explore his character more.
