Haruka is always one to be up for adventure, so when her friend invites her to meet him at his school, she doesn’t decline. In all honesty, she’s always been curious about SNU. With her being a Yonsei student, she’s mostly bound to her campus, rarely visiting any other schools unless she knows someone who attends there. Hence, her slight confusion when stepping foot onto campus. She does well in masking the confusion on her part as she wanders around the school, settling on a bench near the department he studies in. A quick glance at her phone tells her that she’s a bit early though and she sighs as she curls her legs beneath her and waits.

"Could I sit here? All the other tables are full."

A busy saturday night. It wasn’t unusual for him to be having dinner alone- especially when his bandmates wanted to eat one thing and he craved another. He had just asked for a glass of pinot noir and was browsing the menu when he heard an unfamiliar voice call out to him. Giving the other man a glance, he thought the stranger looked friendly enough and decided to agree. Seunghyun sets the menu down, gesturing to the chair across the table from him with a free hand.

“You’re welcome to join me. As long as you don’t say anything snotty when I take pictures of the food,” he says, hoping the other would realize he was only partly serious. After all, what else was he supposed to update his instagram with?

Having friends over was always a joy, especially considering how little times she had to meet with them. With exams coming up and dance evaluations as well as appearences on television as a dancer for special stages of new upcoming groups, Areum barely had time to see her friends. But thankfully there were still little moments like those where she could simply relax and forget about the worries of the week.

❝ Oh-- sorry. ❞ Areum couldn’t help but snicker as she moved her hair back, having realized it was all probably on his face, the bright color even brighter against his pale skin, making her chuckle a little bit more before she was moving it away. ❝ I should probably tie it up but it would probably continue going to your face. ❞

 — Shu knew that Minwoo was busy but when he dropped by that day, he did not know what he was exepecting but the answer is definitely not this. Not at the sight of an exhausted young man whose had the life in his flesh drained. Anything but this. "But Woo," if Shu had realized the kind of tone he was using, he would hate himself. It sounded so fragile, like he was on the brink of tears, using what little energy he has left to hold himself back. "Woo, look at yourself." Minwoo looked like he had just gone to Hell and the thought of it made Shu's stomach churn. The two had always been oddly similar but at this exact moment, Minwoo looked so much like him but at the same time, not at all. The other's bones were protruding more than usual, knuckles had lost their color (probably from gripping on the pen), shoulder slumpt, hair unkept, eyes sunk. Shu had to stop himself from wincing. It felt like watching himself die.

 — Shu watched wordlessly as the man took another sip from his drink. He had been here for quite a while now, with the kind of determination in his eyes that shone even under the dim light of the bar. Shu refrained himself from commenting at the man's actions, finshing glass after glass of various alcoholic beverages. Shu was used to these kinds of sights, of course, but it still made his face twist with worry. "Sir, are you okay?" Shu regretted his words the second they slip past the safety of his thin lips but it was too late to take them back now for they have danced away from the tip of his tongue and made it into the man's ears. The way anger came seething from the other's skin made Shu feel small but Shu had always been a bit stubborn. Even though the man's reaction made Shu want to curl up and sob until his tears were dried out, he kept a strong a face. "Sir." Shu tried again, steeling his nerves so he could come out as stern. His attempts didn't work, of course. They rarely ever do (it was worth a shot though). Shu couldn't help but flinch when the man had broken the glass in his hands, shards digging into pale skin and letting blood stream onto the counter. Shu wanted to help. To jump over the bar and clean the man's wound but he knew he would just end up asking for more trouble. So Shu bit his lip instead to keep himself from doing anything reckless as he went to fix the man his drink.

The words catch M somewhat off guard. Under such a stern gaze, he almost feels like he’s forgotten to put on all his clothes. Paranoia gnaws at him because how could this man see through him so easily, and if he can, how many others can do the same? He locks gazes with a strange man that he swears came out of nowhere, but M’s attention span isn’t exactly the best. One of the first thing he notices is how dark his eyes are. Perhaps he’d go as far as ‘demonic’.

“T-thanks…” He mutters nervously, as if one wrong word couldn’t get him killed (again). “You sm-mell of nothing.” How could that be, indeed.

This is entertaining, he thinks as he examines the other closely. He can practically feel the other male’s discomfort and paranoia from where he stands; close enough to see him clearly but far enough that the other won’t be able to attack. If he wanted to attack him. But with the other’s seemingly timid personality, Byunghun doesn’t the he’ll have to worry about that. 

The corner of his lips quirk upwards at the reply, sclera darkening ever-so-slightly as they bore into the other male’s eyes. “Is that so? I wonder why that is.” As if to play tricks with the other, Byunghun’s shadow shifts beneath him though he, himself, doesn’t move a muscle. “But I’m more curious about you.”
