QUESTIONS FROM bubblykat (bubblykat.tumblr.com)
1. What would you do differently if you knew nobody would judge you?
Ogre burp in public places. It would be, my dear friends, freedom to the seventh power! Lol.
2. What is your favorite time of day/day of the week/month of the year? And why?
Time of the day: I like 4pms. I like it especially when at home or in provinces. It's like you got all the time in the world to do the things that don't matter. For other people, at least. But 4pms and whatever I do at that particular moment, it matters to me. Haha!
Day of the week: Saturdays is love and wonderdrug! I get to be with the wonderful people in my life and eat delish food made by the best chef in the world! And that would be Mommeh Yolleh! ;P
Month of the year: De. Cem. Ber. December! Because it's my birthmonth! And all the people celebrate Someone's (capital S) very special day too which makes you feel that it's possible to live in a world full of love and giving and forgiveness.
3. What is your favorite song of all time and what does it remind you of?
I don't really know. I got a lot of songs that I want but times like these (answering questions impromptu) makes me forget what is my favorite song of all time. But because it is my ring tone for years now and I truly admire all of Jason Mraz's songs and Jason Mraz himself (he is genius!), it would be The Remedy. It reminds me of life, of my life, and what transpired between then and now.
4. If you could choose to stay a certain age forever, what age would it be?
I loved being at 17. Or, at current, 21.
17 forever: when you are excited to go out of your comfort zone and explore the world;
Or,
Forever 21: When you struggle to go back to your place of comfort and yet learning to take courage to let go and face the world armed with the promise of adventure.
5. If you were reincarnated as an animal/thing/place, what would it be?
Animal: A dog.
Thing: A pen.
Place: I really wanted to go to Santorini in the last 9 years of my life. So, Santorini (Greece).
6. Have you ever had something happen to you that you thought was bad but it turned out to be for the best?
Yes. There would be bad days, sometimes there are a lot. But bad days can produce in us a good character. So even it's bad as a fart enclosed in a jar for 10 years, it would always turn out for the best, I believe.
7. What’s the sweetest thing someone has ever done for you?
Um, when that someone believed in me. I think it's very sweet when you got this lack of self-confidence on what you can do and achieve and someone just pushes and encourage you to do your thing. The Big Guy brings people who could help you in time of need and we, on our part, shouldn't deny ourselves to be a "someone" to a somebody in some days too. Hihi.
8. Which is worse, when someone moves away, or losing touch with someone who lives right near you?
Ha! The latter. Moving away aka Leaving is for the brave. When someone leaves, it gives space for those who are left to value time. But when someone near you felt like they're gone, I think, that's kind of painful. Okay, super painful. HAHA
9. What did you do growing up that got you into trouble?
I always feel like a superhero so I always defend my older brother from anyone who do or say bad things to him. Not that he can't defend himself, I just think that being a superhero involves saving your brother even he can do it himself. Haha! It got me hit by a sidecar, doing so. Not so much of a superhero, eh? But when you're young, you just do things. Lol.
10. Do you have “the one that got away”?
I don't think I have that "the one" that got away (in all seriousness of life...coz I am not in any commitment whatsoever). But if it includes those "the ones" who were the type that I would really want but can't have, yes. There are one or two. HAHA! ;P
11. If we learn from our mistakes, why are we always so afraid to make a mistake?
I ask this question to myself a lot of times too. It still got me puzzled. But that's life; we always fight The Inevitable because we are afraid that we might be hurt at the end. See, it's a struggle to slide down a 15ft pool when you don't know how to swim. But kid, we need to let go and just keep swimming! :D
