What then, are crystals?
Crystals have a stable and unchanging energy pattern, each with a unique frequency and energy field, or resonance that gives them special properties.

Crystal #1: Obsidian

What is Obsidian? Obsidian is a hard, dark, glasslike volcanic rock formed by the rapid solidification of lava without crystallisation. It is a very protective stone which is used / can be used to create a shield against negativity. It also blocks psychic attacks & absorbs negative energy. It relieves mental stress, and stimulates growth of all kinds. It urges exploration of the unknown, brings clarity and clears confusion. It heals trauma, and promotes compassion and strength.

Integrates one’s dark side
Activates untapped abilities
Eases pain and constriction of blood vessels, encourages blood flow and wound healing.

What is moldavite? Moldavite is a stone (or glass) which originated from a meteorite falling to earth. It is usually used for it’s powerful healing purposes and it’s ability to help others have their spiritual awakening. It is a good stone for counteracting cynicism, easing away doubts, and calming worries, especially about money. It also best used with Quartz and can also help to overcome homesickness.

What is angelite? Angelite is a very soothing and peaceful crystal. It is also known as Anhydrite. It is a good stone for helping us connect to our higher self and spirit guides. It is also a healing stone good for spiritual and physical healing, especially for the throat. It unclogs the heart and can help us tap into our psychic abilities!

Helps us withstand extreme psychic strain

Ends brooding and gives up obsessions

What is fluorite? Fluorite is also another soothing crystal which helps to cleanse and stabilise our aura. It also helps to remove negative energy, mostly stress. This crystal helps us with learning, and increases our focus along with our decision making abilities. It also strengthens our immune system and coordination. Overall, this is a very stabilising stone!
