also I have low empathy so it bothers me in general when ppl act like characters, villain or not, need to go through development of becoming more empathetic to be a better person like stfu

I love seeing both good and bad characters lacking empathy in the media I like, I don't see it as bad stereotyping because it shows the fact of how you can be a good or bad person with it and how it may affect people and show differently in what they do and how they act.

but I haaate going into the fandoms KNOWING they'll be people forcing said characters into development to become hyper empathetic and seeing people act it's an improvement that makes them a better person and more likeable character
