As into engineering and robotics as her dad but also literature nerd like her mother, she could have been put on the fast track of education like Tony was as a kid, but her parents wanted to make sure she got a happy childhood

Her closet is full of merch for the avengers, mostly gifts from said heros after they meet her

*her Mom was a model Tony knew before he was iron man. He was not ready to be a dad then, so Mom skipped town to raise her daughter away from the like light and drama. Reached out after Iron Man activities and he started visiting them.

of course i had to draw a tremere for the magician, but it's fitting as a card for her in general - she has mastery over her craft and seeks to use that to further her goals, though there's plenty of the reversed magician's manipulation and overconfidence in there too.

Here are all my beloved characters!

Elliot, Peter, Sierra and George exist in the same story and most of my Whumptober entries will be about them!

Asher, Lara, Tom and Isa are part of a different story, I might do short entry or two about these guys, I love them as much as the rest of the crew, but I still need to get their story and world right.

25. Sales guy. Workaholic. Overworked/Underpaid. Swimmer/Runner/Gymrat. Loves a long shower.

Peter Bane

Rich, slimy, creepy, philanthropist. 41. He has one kid. Pretty sure he drinks children's blood to "stay young". Obsessive.

Sierra Henry

Hopeless. Pragmatic. She survives. 26. She's been under Peter's wing as long as she can remember.

21. Student in Education. Wants to be a elementary school teacher. Started Uni at 20 because he failed Med school.

Josie shivered. It wasn’t nearly as cold here as it was in New York, but the air still had a frosty bite to it. She let herself fall to the ground, sitting cross cross under a huge oak tree. Her sister lay beside her, silent.

“Hey Isa, it’s been a while,” Josie said, a slight sadness in her voice. “We have a lot to catch up on.”

There was no response from the sleeping girl, but Josie continued anyway. Words poured out of her mouth before she could stop herself.

“I’m really sorry,” she started, feeling a burning heat behind her eyes. No, please don’t cry. “I wish I could’ve taken you to New York with me. I found Mouse again! You’ve never met her, but she was my best friend. You’d love her. I-”

She could feel hot tears flowing from her eyes now. “I’m so sorry Isa. I didn’t want to leave you behind, I missed you so much. I didn’t mean to-” The words were stuck in her throat. I didn’t mean to leave you with them.

Josie leaned her head back and stared up at the branches above. The leaves were all gone, but the tree was still beautiful. The branches twisted and turned together, creating a unique pattern. It was Isa’s favorite tree, it was where she always came to calm down after her parents yelled. Josie remembered countless days where she would find Isa curled up in that spot with a book, eyes teary. She’d lay there for hours at a time, staring at the clouds through the branches.

Josie turned to her sister. She took a breath and pushed herself up. A few steps away was a small meadow with all kinds of colored flowers. Josie picked a handful— blue and purple, Isa’s favorites— and brought them back to the tree. She sat down in front of the sleeping girl and took a deep breath, barely containing her tears.

In front of her stood a small gravestone, the name Isa Russo engraved in cursive. Josie set the flowers down, leaning them against the headstone.

“Buon Natale, tesoro. Dormi bene.”
