decided to try my hand at 3d modelling. basically this is my first model... if we don't count the abomination that i created before this one (which was basically its prototype)

Final part of putting my model of Allie together! And my first go at learning bones and how rigging works. Due to not having the best idea on how the rig should all be connected, it's split into two major parts.

Started up at the head, gave the ears some bones, and built the spine down to the tail. All the arms connect to bones in the back and each have individual finger bones because I wanted to make too much work for myself. All this makes up the first half of the armature.

And because I wasn't sure how to attach beyond the tail, I created a completely separate second armature for the pelvis, legs, and feet from the top down. Together completing one cobbled skeleton!

Then was actually weighting the monstrosity, which, was frustrating enough I didn't take many screenshots. Apparently Blockbench works in a way that nothing can be in a group/folder if its being weighted, which was a nightmare. But it was all done, fingers and all, even if a bit awkward.

And there she is! Posed in a jump of some joyous victory with wings spread wide. Happy as a first model but definitely looking to improve in the future!

I guess bunnies just aren't my thing😿 I can't seem to get them right SRY!

But the character is absolutely adorable, and I hope, managed to capture at least a tiny bit of her vibe♥️

In my free time i really like to make vroid models. A few days ago i made my and @kamianimation oc - Ouru! She is based on Japanese demon Oni. I really like the fact, that with every new model i getting better and learn new tricks!

Bonus: her head is bald from behind cuz i got lazy 🤡
